The cosy apartments are directly located on our farm in an unbeatable location – in the middle of nature and yet not far from the varied spa city of Meran. In fact, you will enjoy tranquillity, relaxation and a magnificent view from the balcony of your apartment – overlooking the city of Meran and neighbouring villages as well as the surrounding mountains. At the same time, you will reach the many famous attractions of the region easily: the ski and hiking area Meran 2000, the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle and the historic centre of Meran.

Quiet, but central position
The Oberschöberlehof farm is located in the city of Meran and yet in a quiet position in the middle of fruit orchards and vineyards. Many top attractions – from the historic centre of Meran to the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle – are quickly and easily accessible from here.

We attach great importance to our guests’ well-being during their stay. Our apartments are located directly on our farm, where we live and work in as well. In fact, we are always available for you and happy to answer all your questions concerning your holidays and activities.

We will set two more apartments for you in 2023.
Apartment 1
from 110.00 €
Our Apartment 1 is about 50 m² large and has an inviting south and a north balcony. The bedroom offers a double bed and an additional single bed. In the dining and living area, you will find a kitchenette with fridge, electric cooker, water boiler and coffee machine as well as a sofa bed for 2 persons. A separate bathroom with shower and hairdryer is available as well.
Apartment 2
from 110.00 €
Similar to the first apartment, our Apartment 2 is as well about 50 m² large and has a bedroom double bed and additional single bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a dining and living area with sofa bed for 2 persons. The kitchenette offers a fridge, electric cooker, water boiler and coffee machine. There is a balcony on both the south and north sides.
Apartment 3
from 140.00 €
Our newly built apartment 3 is about 45 m² in size and consists of two separate bedrooms: one of them is equipped with a double bed, in the other there is a bunk bed, but the lower bed is a little wider and offers even more sleeping space with its 140cm width. In addition, there is a bathroom in the apartment, which is equipped with a spacious shower. The kitchenette in the apartment is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, electric stove, Kettle and coffee maker equipped. The highlight of this apartment is the spacious terrace on the south side, where you have a wonderful view of the Merano valley basin.
Apartment 4
from 130.00 €
Our newly built apartment 4 is about 45 m² in size and consists of two separate bedrooms: one of them is equipped with a double bed, in the other there is a French bed with a width of 140cm. In addition, there is a bathroom in the apartment, which is equipped with a spacious shower. The kitchenette in the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, kettle and coffee machine. The highlight of this apartment is the rustic corner bench, which invites you to sit together cheerfully. On the south and east sides there is a balcony.
Good to know about your holidays at Oberschöberlehof farm
The indicated prices are to be understood per apartment and day for 2 persons, with a minimum stay of 3 nights in winter and of 7 nights in summer. For every additional person, we charge 15,00 € per day. A parking space and final cleaning are included in the price.
In all apartments, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with tableware, pots, glasses and cutlery, fridge, electric cooker, water boiler and coffee machine. Towels and bed linen are available as well. If required, we can also provide a travel bed for small children.
The indicated prices of the apartments are to be understood plus the local tax of 2.20€ per person (from 14 years) and day. It is paid on site.
If you wish, we will be happy to offer a dellivery bread service from our favourite baker.
Free WLAN is available in each apartment.
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be ready from about 4 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment until 10 am.
You can reach us easily from the main road (Romstraße). Simply turn into Finkweg at the Milchhof Meran and follow the road to Oberschöberlehof farm.
You will find public transport stops either on Romstraße, 800 m away, or on Winkelweg, 500 m away. The timetables can be found under the following link: www.suedtirolmobil.info
If you arrive by public transport (train or bus), we can also pick you up at the nearest stop. Just ask in advance.
Please inform us in good time if your arrival is delayed, if you cannot start your holiday with us or if you have to leave early. In general, the following cancellation conditions apply:
For definite bookings, we ask you for a deposit of 30 % of the total amount. If a cancellation is made 30 days before arrival, this deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, 50 % of the booking price will be charged. For later cancellations or early departures, the total amount is to be paid.
